That is completely dependent on what supplier has the best material. It is one of our highest priorities to search out the best raw materials based on quality, purity, and research.

You can rest assured that when you order from us, you are receiving top quality, professional-grade nutritional supplements formulated and manufactured according to our “Science First” approach.

Every nutritional supplement is evaluated and monitored for potential contaminants such as unspecified materials, heavy metals, pesticides, and microbiological organisms. Each is analyzed to confirm the quantity of all dietary ingredients.

Supplements are manufactured at FDA inspected facilities with stringent internal quality control procedures and documentation systems that conform to one or more of these industry standards and/or certifications: NPA (Natural products Association), NSF, OTC (Over the Counter Drug GMPs), and the requirements of the FDA Dietary Supplement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Our formulas do not contain wheat, gluten, corn protein, yeast, soy, or dairy. None of our formulas contain artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives.

All supplements come with a manufacturing date (MFD) or expiration date on the bottom of each bottle. We recommend using them within 2 years of the MFD, prior to the expiration date, and within 6 months of opening.

Many dietary ingredients have not been tested during pregnancy or lactation. It is always best to check the label cautions and consult your healthcare practitioner before using a dietary supplement of any kind while pregnant or lactating.

Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

It takes up to 2 days to process and from there, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your shipment. However, most orders ship sooner than that, and we do our best to get your order processed and out the door as soon as possible, and we mainly ship through USPS with 2-3 day shipping.

When we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking number and link so you can follow all tracking updates.

Note: Please know that tracking sometimes takes 1-3 business days to update and this does not mean that your order is stuck in a different city. Instead, our shipping carriers will update the tracking at each new location including your city.

We do offer free shipping for all orders over $120. To meet the $120 minimum, your cart total must be $120 after discounts.

Free shipping is typically 3-5 business days once we ship out your product. We do our absolute best to ship out all orders within 24 hours of ordering.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your products! If you are unsure about a product please consult the description on each product page or email our customer service at info@earthsynergystore.com

If you change your mind after purchasing, we accept returns of unopened, nonperishable items within 30 days of your purchase. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping. We will not refund your original shipping costs.

Products that have been opened or are temperature-sensitive, perishable, or require refrigeration are not eligible for a refund. 

We do not process exchanges.

If you would like to initiate a return, please send an email to info@earthsynergystore.com with your name, order number, and the reason you would like a refund. We will be in touch within 5 business days to send a shipping label. Please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.

You will be automatically refunded back to the card used to purchase the items once it arrives back to us and is processed (approx 2-3 weeks).
